This is the. Eat keyboard for iPad bar none. . Wish it was a little lifter but the key response and feel it's excellent. Great product.

I purchased the keyboard for the iPad Air 2 through this website. I found the product to not be as advertised. It was very heavy and did not securely hold the iPad. That disappointment would have been fine if Brydge would have simply returned the product and then refunded my $149.99. Instead, I had to contact Customer Support for 8 days before Justine Smith, Head of Operations, responded. Instead of simply returning and refunding, the first email suggested I keep the product I didn't want and they would send me a leather sleeve for my disappointment. During this time my credit card company suggested they withhold payment until this issue was resolved. Justine then agreed to return the keyboard and credit my credit card once the hold with the credit card company was removed. So, I returned the item and contacted my credit card company. Instead of refunding my card, Justine wrote to the credit card company claiming the item was not returned. Six weeks later I again contacted Justine about my refund. She confirmed receipt of the keyboard "in excellent condition" but claimed they had already refunded my credit card. More emails were exchanged with Justine who then sent proof that the credit was processed. This was then sent by me to my credit card company who said it was false and that Brydge never actually processed the return of funds to the card. Two more credit card bills and more than 20 emails from me to Justine later I am out $149.99 and Brydge has their product back to be sold again. I would give this company zero stars but that is not an option. Hard to be believe Brydge can't refund $149.99. Awful.

Firstly let me start by saying that the service from this company is absolutely brilliant. The only problem I have is with the product. I personally don't like it, it's good if you need to use the iPad in laptop mode a lot. But I found it to be very cumbersome. I want to be able to switch between laptop and tablet quickly, this is not that ideal product for my needs. Plus, I was expecting it to feel a little more "premium", whereas it feels a little cheap.

I find the keyboard terrific, easy to attach and set up.It is light and can still fit into a small carry bag. I am finding that it makes typing notes at meetings so much quicker and easier. As a teacher I can see so many student uses from academic students to those with high support needs.

Had this brilliant idea this would convert my iPad into a laptop. Did'nt happen as you still have lots of screen interface and without a mouse, just didn't cut it. I have sent my keyboard back and requested a refund. To date, no response. Please advise...Karl

This is my second Brydge keyboard I bought. The first one broke after I dropped it on a concrete floor. Instead of going through the hassle of the return process, and since I saw a special price on the internet, I just went ahead and purchased a new one. I love everything about the BrydgeAir keyboard.
