“Whilst the product was good, changed my mind and returned items unopened. I had to send 3 emails to customer service before I received a reply. Read the returns policy before buying, they will not refund for accessories (cases etc) and charge a fee to process your return. They seem totally unaware of the distance selling 14 day refund policy in the UK. They tried hard not to give a full refund, however after pushing from my side I got the full refund less the return fee (around £10)”

“I received my brydge keyboard and noticed right away my iPad was slipping from the hinges. I thought this would only get worse after time. I wanted to return my keyboard the same day it arrived. I tried to contact customer service or anyone at the company and only found an email address and a phone number in Singapore. I emailed customer service and after 3 days they got back to me and told me to squeeze the hinges, I did not want to brake them so I did not apply much pressure. I emailed back and said once again I want to return the keyboard! After back and forth for several days I finally got a RMA and a restocking fee. This is the most difficult return and I am appalled about the fee when it is a bad product!!!”
