“I'm a student from the Netherlands. I received the Brydge key board. It is very great exactly what I want. Come in very quickly. And it works very good. Everything works like it need. the backlight is great. typing is smooth. you can place it everywhere and start working. the battery is very strong and can hold a while. i also bought the protective shell for the ipad. That looks very good when you pot both on the ipad air. I will recommend this keyboard to everybody. The shipping are very fast and its sealedvery good so there can come any damage while is shipping. I will thank the hole crew for making the perfect keyboard.”

“It's difficult to focus on the product no matter how good it is when the customer service lacks. My experience with Brydge came from a direct marketing email offering a $129/free shipping with a 3-5 days delivery guarantee. I am an American living in Switzerland temporarily and it's very expensive here, so this was a chance for me (a retired school teacher on a limited income) to own a Brydge keyboard. Two weeks passed, no email and no information about the delay. Having paid through Pay Pal I contacted the "seller" thru their Resolution Dept. Explaining my disappointment in their email to seller communication, I received a response, an apology for "the holiday season" being the reason for the delay, due to inability to fill orders in a timely manner. I waited a couple of days, got a receipt from the local post office to pick up a package with a 35CHF duty charge. Free shipping? I wrote to Brydge a 3rd time thru Pay Pal and explained my dismay over these excess charges and how it has impacted my financial status. They responded with an apology once again, saying unfortunately Switzerland is a unique situation not being part of the EU and therefore these charges are unavoidable. I wrote back, thru Pay Pal, that "apologies" are nice, but a rebate would show their sincerity and it would highly benefit their customer service "image" to honor and show some concern for my situation, since this information was given to me AFTER the fact. I know on their website they have a disclaimer for taxes/duties etc. but THAT DID NOT get emphasized in the direct marketing email to promote their product. So this "DEAL" for 129$ turned into 164 CHF which translates to $166.34.”

“The best iPad keyboard that I have seen but ... the keyboard is not backlit and it it too thick and heavy to use with an iPad because it takes a very slim, light object and turns it into something heavy and bulky. The iPad pro version appears to just as bulky. Much more effort needs to be put into slimming it down.”
