I did check a couple reviews before to order my keyboard, but nothing compares once it's in your hands! It's the best complement, and of course looks and feel so strong and functional!! It worth every cent spend! Thanks brydge for this awesome product!!

Very good keyboard, elegant and sleek, matching the iPad lines. Quit light too. It doesn't offer much protection, but it doesn't claim to do it either

I am typing this review on the train. I have a regular seat and not a table seat. So my keyboard is sitting on the aircraft style fold up/down table. There is no over hang on the left or right. The slight overhang in the front is not enough for typing pressure to cause the keyboard to topple into my lap. I sometimes forget that that I m not using a laptop. That is how good the keyboard is! But there is a down side to that. There is the tendency to walk down the corridor with keyboard+iPad forgetting that they are not absolutely welded together. If in doing that you manage to consciously keep the keyboard horizontal then all well and good. But if you subconsciously drop your arm and you are holding the keyboard only then under gravity the iPad will gradually prise itself out. If you are lucky like I was, then you will discover this before the ipad drops out. This is NOT necessarily a flaw. And the only other brand that allows you to do this is imperfect in so many ways. But it would be nice if the design can be improved to secure the iPad in all three dimensions. (It is secure in two dimensions only). As I score the keyboard 90/100. It still gets five stars. I expect a redesign of the product manual to highlight two things: 1. ALERT! Keep the keyboard horizontal (obviously I mean when the iPad is attached). Don't accidentally hold it in the vertical orientation while OPEN as you would a super-lightweight laptop. The iPad will gradually slip out. 2. When activating bluetooth, the buttons the manual is asking you to press are the physical buttons on the front edge of the keyboard and not the keyboard keys with the same labels. (It sounds obvious, but the anxiety of wanting to connect the keyboard as soon as you've taken it out of the box will cause most people to press the keys which they see - the keyboard keys (labelled keyboard and speaker volume) as opposed to the physical switches. My manual is not with me as I type this. Perhaps if you call the buttons 'switches' it will make it more obvious. So those are the only negatives. It is a solid keyboard otherwise so good that even when at home I prefer to use my iPad instead of my laptop. It is one of only three options that allow you to angle your laptop screen at multiple acute (less than 90degree) and obtuse (greater than 90degree) angles. Before I made my purchase, I read reviews here and a few people commented that it is a shame that there is no mouse pad or joystick. Well that is because as of August 2015 (time of writing), the iOS operating system currently at version 8.4 makes no provision for a mouse in the software. BUT... as you most likely have a regular PC or Mac, you can install remote software by one particular vendor who also makes a mouse specially for remote via iOS. (Citrix X1). With that your iPad becomes a laptop running not one but two operating systems! I anticipate that Apple will at some point make this natively available for the iPad Pro due out later in the year with a suitable iOS update with new OS X-like features. And with this maybe I should become a professional reviewer?
