“My sister owns this keyboard and when I saw hers in gold, I wanted it as well because she told me how much she loved hers. Although my tablet is rose gold, the color was not that far off and did not look too bad, so I ordered my own. But much to my surprise, when I received it, it was actually rose gold so it matched perfectly!! I love the ease of use, the protection of the hard case and the backlit keyboard which has now replaced the non-backlit Apple keyboard and case that came with my tablet.”

“This keyboard was exactly what I wanted. Now I use my iPad as my word processor and research tool. Previously it was just an entertainment device but now it's my primary. I bought one for my dad and stepmom and they are also loving it. This keyboard is what I've been waiting for.”

“My daughter can’t get it to work with her iPad air2. There is a 10 second delay between hitting the keys and seeing the word on the screen. No instructions in box and no customer service. Not happy for the money I spent.”

“I did not want to write this review. I Purchased the bridge 9.7 after having many plastic Wi-Fi keyboards. All of those Wi-Fi keyboards lasted six months to 10 months. I thought perhaps if I spent close to $100 I would get something that wouldn’t fall apart with in the year. The good thing! It’s sturdy looking it’s sturdy feeling, It feels solid, it looks nice, the design is attractive. The hinges are heavy duty. It’s easy to attach the iPad to. The bad thing is, the keys started falling off within a week. I’ve requested replacement keys twice and I have yet to receive them. Maybe they’re lost in the mail twice? I’m not sure what’s going on but at this point I don’t want this keyboard anymore. I’ve had it almost 30 days it’s been broken 25 of those days. I would not recommend this product mostly because product support is nonexistent if you have a problem.”

“This is an excellent product that does what it says it will, very well. hinges are strong and very secure holding my ipad in place. The keyboard is just right. I switched from Zagg and could not be happier.”
