“I experienced unhelpful customer service with a bad return policy. The cover to go along with the Bluetooth keyboard isn’t even available in black and the only color available is red. Their shipping savings are not passed to the customer. I paid over $19 to return the keyboard and then there was a substantial restocking fee. I will never buy anything from the company again. The good news is I don’t have to because there are plenty off companies that treat their customers with more consideration.”

“Makes your iPad like an actual laptop. It is a weird experience but also what I was looking for. With the new iPad OS and this keyboard I have a future apple portable computer today. It is also confusing for other people that can’t tell what is happening.”

“This was a birthday gift for my daughter who is a writer, which means she is nearly always typing something. The other keyboard jacket that she had would only give her one angle on the screen when she was writing. Apparently one angle does not fit every writing situation ie on the sofa, in bed, at the table, you get the idea. The other keyboard was also held in position magnetically which also proved to be inadequate in most of these situations. This keyboard has a great feel to the keys and stays in whatever position you need it to stay in for as long as you need it to. She is very very happy with this product. Thanks! Her Mom”
