“I’ve been trying to get my replacement keyboard since Jan 18th. After numerous phone calls and emails, I STILL DO NOT HAVE MY KEYBOARD, nor have I received any tracking information as of Feb 6.”

“worst online shopping experience I have ever had. brydge has no australian contact number for customer problems and rarely and sporadically answers emails - after 2 weeks of attempts at contact they offered to arrange return of the product then simply dropped out of contact again. clearly no intention of honouring their product support at all. Brydge gold colour is different to Apple gold colour. leather sleeve does not actually fit the iPad, keyboard and slimline case. but I am stuck with it all.”

“So I just received my Brydge and I am so happy I can’t stand it. I was a life long fan of another manufacturer of a similar product until this last update and they missed the bar. So I was so lucky to find Brydge. It was delayed in arriving by a day due to weather but it’s on an looks great I bought the slimline cover and keyboard. It was worth the extra $$$ but the keyboard feels just like a laptop linked with the IPad instantly and the cover fits well. The big plus to this keyboard are the clips to hold the IPad in much more substantial than the other brand and seems to be less likely to break or crack after long term use. Thanks Brydge for allowing me to continue to be a traveling IPad user.”

“The Brydge 9.7 keyboard works great. I tried another brand (Flavormate) first but it was too heavy and bulky. This keyboard has a great hinge that allows full extension of the ipad (some won't let you tip the ipad vary far open). I'd recommend it.”
