“I loved the vertical docks when they were supplied by Henge Docks. However, I placed my order with Brydge on 11/6/20 when the website stated that new orders would be delivered mid December. It's now February 3rd, and I've yet to receive mine, and the website now says new orders will ship in late February. Apparently new orders are prioritized above those who were placed nearly 3 months prior. I definitely expect more for a $170 product. This is outrageous.”

“I’m sure this is probably a great product, unfortunately I’m still waiting to find out. I ordered the 16 in MacBook Pro dock back in September 2020 expecting to receive it mid December according to the website. It’s now January 31 and it seems there is no shipping date in site. I don’t have a problem so much with Brydge being behind schedule do to COVID, but a huge problem with virtually no communication or update from the company. Any communication between us has been initiated by me, it takes them days to respond via email and they never have answers or a solution. Brydge customer service is poor and accommodating paying customers should be a higher priority when we have not received our product as expected. If I don’t receive shipping info with in the next week or so (now February) sadly ill be requesting my money back and going with other options. If you are purchasing the 16 inch MacBook Pro dock expect delays far beyond the estimated shipping time on the website!”

“Looks great but mbpro wobbles around a lot. Not a very sturdy setup. Build quality is ok. Good metal frame but the MacBook enclosure seems made of cheap plastic Wouldn’t buy it again for that price...”

“The shortcoming of the MacBooks is that they only have 2 ports. This doc station doesn't help in reducing clutter from the desktop since I still need to add a port expansion. Many would happily pay the extra $$ if this had at least 2 HDMI and 2 USB 3.0 ports built into it. Missed opportunity”
