“Customer support sucks. They don’t answer you, and pretty much ignore your emails, since there’s no phone number to call. I have been trying to get help for over a year now. I have sent many emails, to which they do not respond. Buyer beware!”

“Had the worst customer service I've encountered in a long time. When there was a problem with my order they wouldn't begin to help for three weeks. If you really want something from this company order it through Amazon and save yourself the trouble if something goes wrong. The dock seems to function how it's advertised. However I doubt the spring mechanism will hold up over time. I'd return but their return policy is poor also and includes a restock fee.”

“Connected with my Samsung Monitor. Normally works with my USB C to Display Port cable but it DOES NOT work when I connect the cable to my HENGE-DOCKS. Changed the cable to two different one. Still no display to my monitor. Very sad.”

“The idea of the unit is great and the laptop is secure, but the slightest knock to my desk and the laptop disengages disconnecting the monitors and Time Machine. It seems the spring is just too much for the 13" MacBook Pro”
