“I like the device just fine, so far. I haven't been able to dedicate a couple of hours with the Manuel and the set-up to dial it in but I'm okay with it. The leather case is nice, although a little small for the keyboard and the iPad. My gripe was/is the HORRIBLE customer service. No shipping/tracking info, no delivery ETA, etc. I felt like I was dealing with a firm a Beijing China. You give someone your credit card info for roughly $400 and then you get little to no feedback. I'd be happy to do a 6-12 month contract and help implement some customer service protocols. I'm not exaggerating it was EASILY one of the worst buying experiences I've had on-line and I've been buying on-line since the late 90s!”
