“Works fairly well, but keyboard is slow to respond to the BT connection. I was spoiled by the smart keyboard being always connected. Quality could have been better, I received mine with 2 keys floating loose in the box, had to reconnect it. When I contacted Support they did offer to replace it, but I would be w/o it for a few weeks while I mailed it back and waiting for another one. The keyboard picks up the oils from your fingers very fast and it's hard to clean. I am an avid hand-washer, and I am a bit OCD do keep my items pristine, so it bothers me when I can't keep the keyboard as new after only 10-days of use. They show how "simple" it is to remove the iPad Pro and flip it for drawing or tablet mode or just remove to use as an iPad, but it's far from easy and I feel like I will damage or bend the iPad if I try to take it out. That's bad, since I use it for hand noties and drawing, so I am worried it will fail soon or bend my iPad. It's OK and the price is reasonable considering the amount of tech and metal. Just be aware if the shortcomings before purchasing.”

“Well design product but QA can be further improved. The one I got has very minor on the plastic near the joint. Also, removing iPad from the keyboard is not as smooth as the advertising video.”

“Great look, between this keyboard and IPad OS beta other people ask if I bought a MacBook. Typing is easy and comfortable. Use it every day and haven’t charged it (8 days of use). Back cover gives stylish look. The clamps utilized to connect are solid and I don’t feel the iPad will slip out at all but sometimes it does slip a little bit out of its original position. It’s a small issue and it does allow to remove the iPad quickly to take notes. All in all I’m happy with purchase.”

“This keyboard works perfectly and looks great. I have the apple keyboard as well, and the look and feel of the Brydge is much better, my only issue is it seems to double the weight of the iPad ... I suppose that is the trade off”

“After few days waiting, I got a Brydge Pro for my iPad Pro 12.9” 2018. I found the left rubber shim is cracked and the hinge’s metal part is exposed. I tried to connect my iPad with the hinge carefully but I also felt that the mechanism is not very reliable. Actually I was fascinated by Youtube’s video clips, but the it’s performance is disappointing. BTW, I suggest you should improve the package. As a shining Apple’s accessory, the product needs solid sealing. Till now I think my product could be a used one because of the crack and the box and manual looked in not good condition. I’ve reported back my condition through your official online system, I’m looking forward to hearing you.”
