The product itself is amazing and looks beautiful. The only downfall is when you have it on your lap, if its opened to a normal view, screen tend to slowly fall back.. Buts the ONLY thing I don’t like. Other than that, It works just how it looks like it would and feels very comfortable when typing.

I really enjoy having the keyboard case, keys are much more easy to write on compared to Apples own keyboard, and it is a decent protective case. One improvement point is the weight.

Magnetic cover for iPad keeps falling off when I open it. The keyboards light flickers sometimes. When you first go into a field like a search on google, I begin to type but the keyboard doesn’t register the keys right away and I have to start the field over.

Slow shipping and communication, keyboard is great but attaching the tablet back and forth may damages the keyboard and the tablet.

Great keyboard. A little heavy but recognize that is part of the trade off of having a full functioning keyboard

The keyboard itself is fantastic, love it. The only real issue is that because the hinges that hold the iPad to the keyboard are so much smaller than the previous model the iPad constantly slides out. This is a problem you have to be aware of and keep sliding it back in. Much smaller problem is the magnetized cover slides around when you open and closes the cover.
