“The quality of the product is very good. It really suits iPad Pro. However, I do not know whether there was a problem during shipment or an initial production defect, but the fixed part on the right edge of the "A" button keeps coming out during use. So I'm just a little sad but I am satisfied with this wonderful thing that I can not get in Korea. I hope BRYDGE will always be good! Thank you. ^^”

“I bought these two items to help me with my academics while at University with the idea that I would be able to attach and detach the keyboard as I saw fit depending on the type of notes I needed to take in class. The issues for me are the hinges and the rubber feet on the bottom of the keyboard. These two items are not conducive to college life; the hinges kept lifting the screen protector off, making it difficult to keep one on the screen. With the constant need to attach and detach the Ipad from the keyboard, the hinges started to bend down where there is no connecting rod on the outboard of the hinges pivot point. The rubber feet on the bottom of the keyboard came off too easily from putting in and out of my backpack, which has ample room. The case that goes directly onto the iPad itself started to peel whatever on it to make that matte finish. Other than that, the keyboard is functional as well as the case. I was expecting a better, longer-lasting quality in the keyboard and case for the pricepoint. I feel that if you don’t plan on using your iPad as your notebook to write in and a laptop combo, don’t purchase this. BUT, if you plan on keeping your iPad in the keyboard for the majority of your usage, this is a great product.”

“It was an awesome experience to use your keyboard but for me, it needs some improvement. I am curious to know if there is any way i can retain the backlight of the keyboard. Because its always turning off after within less than 8 seconds. And when I press any key in the keyboard to go back for typing, its not automatically that the lights of the keyboard will turn on, I need to press again the backlit button to turn it on before start typing again. Its hard for me specially if I am typing at night while on bed. i hope u can adress this problem as this is one of the major improvement u need to address. Secondly, while typing at night even though the backlight keyboard is on, I dont know why the backlight will suddenly turn off. There are also some lags in the keyboard letters which i found out differently when u r typing in. Macbook.”

“I bought a new iPad Pro 30 days ago and bought this case in order to type and draw. I do not recommend this case at all. If you want to draw you have to take the case off, switch the iPad direction and then put it back in the case. Every time. It is very cumbersome if you are in class and want to switch between type/draw during lecture. It also does not offer any protection. I placed my iPad on my chair, but it fell on a corner on the carpet and cracked the screen. This is so disappointing. And there are no stores that stock this item so you can try it out for yourself. You must buy it first. The worst part is in order to return you have to pay a restocking fee just for opening the box. I’m such an unhappy customer. I would not recommend this expensive design to anyone.”

“This is the best. People keep thinking I got some magic laptop thing but with no trackpad that I keep thinking is there. Hopefully with iPad OS coming out with mouse support, y’all make a V2 version with a trackpad or something. That’d be swell.”
