I recently purchased the 12.9 space gray version for my iPad Pro and it has brought me great joy. Seriously, I never thought I’d get so excited over a keyboard but it happened. I now have a laptop experience like no other and with apples new iOS 13 this is as close to a laptop experience that you will find. Thank you for your wonderful products and fantastic customer service. I had a few questions and they were handled promptly... I am going to purchase another one for my iPad Air 2.

Let me start by saying that overall this keyboard is awesome. It is strong, well-designed, and has an incredible battery life. There is though one big issue that I’m sure it bothers the hell out of everyone: sometimes if you don’t hit the key with enough force, the character does not register on screen. You have to make sure that every key is hit with the right force to register. This is not a keyboard to be appreciated by fast typists. Just in writing these notes, I’ve missed at least three characters and was forced to go back and retype.

It’s a solid feeling keyboard with great battery life. I love the way the keys feel and the backlighting is one of the features that attracted me the most. BUT, I had to research a 3rd party solution to find a more secure holder for the Apple pen 2....which occurred after I discovered the thing had fallen off the tablet.

I purchased an iPad Pro keyboard 30 days ago and have a problem in the charger cord properly fitting in the slot. I had it examined by the local Best Buy and they said it needed to returned. I have submitted 6 emails since there is no phone number and no address. Two different representatives have requested pictures of something that I can’t see. I am very surprised at the complete lack of support and will never buy a Brydge product again nor will I recommend the. I will also make sure Apple knows of my experience.

What a brilliant piece of tech the Brydge keyboard is, it makes the iPad pro so much more versatile that it already is. All the benefits of the iPad + laptop capability all in one. Love it

2nd Brydge Pro I use. A bit on the heavy side, but works like a charm. Switched from a competing product, but everything else just too complicated. Too many flaps etc. Brydge simple and just works. Expensive, but worth it.

I love the 12.9” iPad pro keyboard /case but am disappointed at support. I reported a fault a few days ago about the “i” key not working unless pressed extremely hard and as of yet i have not had a reply barring the bog standard “we have received your message and will get back to you within 24/48 hours. NOT TRUE.
