I could not get the keyboard to charge at all. Sent an email-no response. There is no way to reach anyone at the company via phone. Sending back for a full refund and will not be ordering again. Very frustrating!!!

I have sent about 5 support requests through your website that my package had been returned to you guys due to a shipping address issue and its been 4 days and I have yet to receive any sort of response other than automated messages saying you guys would get back to me within 24-48 hours. So where Im at right now is basically keyboardless even though I PAID for it. I honestly have no idea what to do at this point given theres no phone number I can call and Im just not being responded to.

Im not one to ever resort to writing a bad review on a product BUT I have not even received my product AND I have been charged AND not responded to after a week and 5 support email attempts later. This is absolutely ridiculous. And to top it all off, I have just gotten an email asking me if Im enjoying and satisfied with my product.... no, bc I have paid for and not gotten a product due to a shipping address mishap and lack of communication on your end. My 11in space grey case that I had ordered on the 7th is now back in Utah at your facility, PAID FOR, and I have heard 0 words back from you guys. The customer service is actually appalling granted you “respond within 24-48 hours”. Frustrated.

I received a new 12.9 keyboard, it was awesome, but, for one or two issues and Lexi at customer care gave me a brand new one! Wow! that’s what is called “true customer care” It’s a lovely product, I strongly suggest to buy if you are looking for a keyboard for your iPad. I have tried a few out there and I feel this is the best one! keep up the great work Brydge
