I provided a 1 start rating today highlighting the fact that the keyboard is not performing properly. I provided this rating after not receiving a response from customer support after emailing them twice on varying days. I did however receive the following response to the 1 star rating I provided almost immediately: "By the sounds of things your iPad is set to the wrong language keyboard. You need to go into Settings -> Genera -> Keyboard -> Keyboards & make sure that you have English (US or UK) selected." This was not the problem and the issue persists. I have yet to receive an actual response from customer support. This company seems to be more concerned about their image and receiving a poor review than actually helping their customers. At this point I want to return the keyboard at no cost and get a full refund. I have requested this via the process highlighted on your website and have not received a response with instructions on how to do so but have received an immediate reply to my 1 star rating.

I received my new Brydge Pro keyboard this week. After charging for 3 hours, my keyboard will not turn on or hold a charge. I've made several attempts to contact customer service with no luck. This is very frustrating since I placed my order in early May and had to wait for 4 weeks to then get a faulty keyboard with poor response time to limited customer service. This is the second Brydge keyboard I've purchased over the last two years. Never had experience this until now. I just want a response/ call back with the company to resolve the situation!

I received my Brydge a couple of days ago, and am very pleased with the look an feel of the product. I can tell that alot of care and thought went into the design. I waited about 3 months for it to arrive, so needless to say, I was excited when I saw the package sitting on my front porch. The keyboard has many advantages - including its ability to allow the iPad to be adjusted to any viewing angle, the different viewing modes, and - of course - the incredible design elements. I was thrilled. You can imagine, then, that I was very disappointed when I discovered that the main function of the keyboard - the ability to allow a user to type content and have it show up properly on the screen - was the only area in which I found the product to be severly lacking. I am a touch typist, and I noticed almost immediately that my keystrokes were not all being registered. Randomly, I would see dropped characters on the screen, when I knew that I had typed them on the keyboard. At first I wasn’t sure if this was me or the keyboard, but the culprit became clear quite quickly when deliberate attempts to slowly press a key still resulted in nothing on my screen. The key that I am having the most trouble with is the left Shift. I notice that it is exceptionally long, and a couple of experiments showed me that the left side of the key is very responsive, while the right side is hit-or-miss. So the problem appears to either be a design flaw or a problem with my specific unit. I have made some changes in my iPad’s pattern detection to alleviate some of the problems (I found for instance, that I could only type a capital ‘i’ successfully about 50% of the time, so I modified my pattern matching to compensate), so the keyboard is at least usable. But I am highly disappointed that a premium product of this type would be so lacking in such a basic area. I hate to say it, but I could get better key-press recognition from a cheap plastic unit made by a no-name company. So! My question is: Is this possibly a problem with my unit, or is the issue quite prevalent? I’ve seen many comments on Google regarding problems with this type of issue, but I also see that this iteration of the Brydge appears to have gotten quite stellar reviews (on this site). All-in-all, I’d give the product 2-1/2 stars. It is a stunning piece of equipment, and the look and feel are gorgeous. But so far, what I’m finding is that it is mostly form with basic functionality lacking.

After pre-ordering my iPad Pro in January it was scheduled to be delivered the week of May 20th. No notification from brydge that it had been shipped. Thursday, (5/30) I received notification from Brydge Technologies that my case was delivered Wednesday afternoon. Yep you guessed it, it was delivered just not to my house. Sent email to Brydge. Still waiting on response. Contact FedEx, getting a trace on the package. After waiting 4mos for my case and this. Just give me my money back if I can’t get a response to my email.

While it seemed to have taken forever to receive my Brydge keyboard for my new iPad Pro 12.9, I can tell you that it was worth the wait. This is the third Brydge keyboard that I've purchased and they only continue to get better each iteration. I especially appreciate the solid feel and near perfect match to my Space Gray iPad. I also appreciate that it connects so much quicker to my iPad as I used to notice a lag once the earlier keyboards had gone to sleep. My only complaint, if I can complain at all would be the weight of the keyboard. Together, I think the tablet/keyboard combination are nearly the same as my 2016 iPad Pro, but it is so much more capable than an iPad Pro and Smart Keyboard combination, making it worth the effort to carry it throughout the day. Bottomline...it was worth the wait!

This is hands down the Best Keyboard for iPad Pro. This gets you as close to a macbook as possible with an iPad Pro. My only complaint is that it doesn’t have some kind of housing to secure the Apple Pencil but at the same time, i don’t know what they could have done.

Even though shipping took literally FORVER and in my mind should have been free, the keyboard is still amazing so I will leave a good review. It makes my my iPad Pro 12inch so much more functional and easier to use. Before the keyboard the iPad was just too big to easily hold and now that i have my brydge keyboard its getting more use than ever. Bluetooth paired easily and the keystrokes are smooth. The backlight was also a nice touch as well....2 thumbs up! And if they ever come out with a version that has a track pad I must have it because I keep reaching for it
