The first week the battery drained. I thought Brydge has committed murder. Ingenuity under quarantine enabled me to dissemble the Brydge/plug in the iPad with its special plug...reassemble/plug and play. I could have done without that "excitement" during the early, frightening days of the Pandemic.

I ordered the 2020 mode. And it said that this keyboard would work with 2020 mode. However, the leather case's camera cutout is still the cutout for 2018 model!!!

The keyboard works prompt and is built very nice, the only weak parts are the two I-pad holders. The plastic covers broke after three times use! Really disappointing!

Wasn’t sure whether to actually get a keyboard for my iPad Pro to start with. I did shop around but a lot of them looked flimsy and cheap. I saw the Brydge keyboard, and although a little pricey, i decided to go ahead. The look and feel whilst using it is just sheer quality. I love it. I do know from now on if i upgrade my pro ill also upgrade my Brydge. Top notch guys.

I’ve had my Brydge for over a year now. I have used Apple’s official keyboard and much prefer the Brydge. A coupe of things to be aware of however. The backlight on the keyboard drains the battery much quicker than the 12 months they claim. I would expect this to be somewhat the case, but I’m lucky to get a few weeks out of it when using the backlight and typing. No matter how long I charge the keyboard, it never reaches more than 92% capacity...from the very first time I used it. Not sure if this is normal or if mine is faulty. The second issue I have is with the rubber feet. They don’t last very long. My original set tore pretty early on, leaving the bare metal to rub against my iPad. I contacted Brydge about this and their customer service was very helpful. Very quick to respond and took care of me. Now it is 6 months later and they have torn again. I am by no means rough with this case, but I do take it out daily to use as a tablet, something almost everyone will do with an IPad. I expect some wear and tear, but two sets a year at $20 a set doesn’t meet my expectations. I am definitely not bad mouthing this product, as it is by far the best keyboard I have used on my iPad. It is also by far the most expensive and least durable.

The keyboard is perfect, but the magnetic back piece is garbage and falls off constantly so it doesn’t really provide any real protection. I wouldn’t trust it if I were putting it in a bag to carry around, but sitting stationary in my office it’s fine

The keyboard is not useable after 4 months. The rubber came off where it attaches to my iPad, so there’s nothing to grasp the iPad. It’s bare metal. Even new and with the rubber grips, the iPad would slip out and I’m surprised the iPad didn’t get damaged. What’s worse is that I’ve reached out to Brydge and uploaded photos but didn’t get any response. If they’d attempted to help, this review would look a lot different.

Works great. Good battery life. A little on the heavy side.
