“The rubber connectors could be better, maybe a solid rather than removable would keep them in place when swapping the tablet around. All in all though a great product and alternate to the Apple smart keyboard”

“I find it extremely odd that there's not phone number to contact customer support. I have an item I need to return, and there's no one to call to discuss specific issues in the refund process. This is TERRIBLE customer service. Submit a message through the website, and wait 3-5 days, if that actually EVER HAPPENS, to hear back from someone, just to be told "We're looking into it and will get back to you." This is the worst. I do not recommend buying from this company.”

“It is the best keyboard. When I type, the feeling is good and no missing types. covers my iPad well. no worry for the broken. but, it's too heavy - you need to consider the weight. no trackpad - sometimes I tried to use trackpad, but it's an iPad. If I can wait for the new product with trackpad, it would be better with it. But for the typewriting only, I can say this is the best product ever.”
