“I took it out of the box and the left side hinge was not attached to the keyboard which wouldn’t allow my iPad to be inserted.”

“I have been a Brydge supporter since it was a kickstarter. I’m on my 4th Brydge, but this one is for my iPad Pro. Unlike previous versions (all 5 star), the iPad keeps falling out of the grips. The grips are too small, so while I can see the full screen without the corners being obscured, my IPad keeps falling out. I’m constantly readjusting the screen and now one of the grip’s rubber has started to fray - after 1.5 months!! OTOH the keyboard feels great. Haven’t charged the battery since I received it 1.5. When it is firmly seated, the Brydge keyboard is great. Brydge team - please make the grips larger/longer so they have more surface area.”

“The keyboard battery doesn’t last. The keys don’t work properly and the hinge bent from normal use making the keyboard not even stay attached to the iPad anymore. Overall I expect much better from Brydge and am severely disappointed and pissed about the wast of money.”
