Initial connection to IPAD is too slow

The chassis is nice and solid enough but the keys feel cheaply made and the hinges where the iPad connects to the keyboard do not move unilaterally. Also the shims seem to constantly work their way loose when seating and unseating the iPad. I seem to have the keyboard stuck in Spanish mode and I can’t find a way to change it. I also can’t find a setting to change how long the keys stay backlit. Mine came with no comprehensive instructions. I am also not a fan of the magnetic back panel. All in all it wasn’t a bad purchase and I’m not terribly unhappy with it but I do think I’ll order one from Gold & Cherry to see if it’s more to my liking.

Device is too heavy. The magnet back is not strong enough and falls off in bags or if lightly pushed against something on a desk. This product does not offer any protection for the Ipad Pro. Very annoying.

I ordered a keyboard for my 12.9" iPad, it didn't;t look like it went through b/c I got no confirmation. So I ordered again. The next day I saw 2 confirmations of keyboards coming to me for my 1 iPad. I sent an email IMMEDIATELY as there is no phone number to call on their website. By the time I got a response from them they said it was too late and just create a return. I did and I was out the sales tax and the shipping PLUS the shipping back to them. I returned both keyboards and will not deal with them again. Not my fault their website was acting goofy and not giving me confirmation of my order. I don't think it's right that they charge me for shipping for a keyboard I didn't;t want and then eat the tax and the shipping back to them... pretty classless...

I ordered the iPad 2.9 inch keyboard case. It was a complete dud. It didn’t hold the iPad, it didn’t stand upright, it did open and close. Literally, it did nothing it said it would do. Returned.
