I love my Brydge keyboard. It is easy to pair and works great. I had a little problem with the first one I ordered and they quickly replaced it without any hassle. I will order more Brydge products.

The reviews you see in the press are correct- this device transforms the iPad Pro (especially since the additional utility added by iPadOS 13) into a device I can use in far more situations. For the 12.9” iPad it’s even more of a plus as that size of device is more cumbersome to use hand-held for browsing, as an e-reader, etc. And the build quality is greatly improved over the 1st gen Brydge keyboard that was offered for the 1st gen iPad Pro.

The first impression i got when opening the box was, "This thing is high quality.". I love the keyboard, everything works very well and it was extremely easy to set up. After using it for a while, my first impressions were re-affirmed. However, i can hear some creaking when i hold the base with the iPad in the upright position with one hand. You can tell the body/chassis/whatever you want to call it is under some stress.

Keyboard is awesome addition to the iPad Pro, makes typing a breeze. Only complaint is that you can not view in portrait mode with out taking keyboard off. Magnetic back cover comes off to easy.

I had a bit of an issue getting the keyboard connected to the iPad via Bluetooth -- but once it connected, it has worked smoothly ever since. The keyboard is much more comfortable, and is a solid trade-off from thinner keypads.

Because exchanges are about a 26 step process and certainly not easy. Sort of like doing an exchange through the Sears catalogue in 1986
