I like the keyboard, backlight, size. I feel like it’s pretty heavy and the cover fakes off easily.

Customer service is the worst service ever! You can never reach someone and they don’t reply from your email. I will never recommend this coz if you happen to have a problem, they will never be there to help you. My package was lost and fortunately my bank waived the charges on something i have not received, i emailed Brydge a lot of times and they never replied, they just want your money ! Don’t buy from this company !

The keyboard is very easy to sync and connect to the iPad. Very sturdy and yet light weight for the quality. I would recommend and I would also purchase again.

The keyboard has good tactile feel and well built. I found myself forgetting this is not a Macbook Pro. The hinges are strong and allows for variable angles to view the screen which is more flexible. Good product and good customer support as well. Highly recommended if you don’t mind some extra weight.

Brydge cannot do 2 day delivery on their keyboards because they’re sending them USPS—lithium batteries go ground. I hate being charged for something that I don’t get and worse, there’s no communication from the company. The package didn’t ship for two weeks, showed up during week three well after I attempted to cancel the order due to non-shipped status. However since they don’t have customer service and don’t respond to their contact forms my only recourse was to file a complaint w my payment method (cc). So disappointed. No idea of the quality of their products, their service sucks.
