“I sent back, great keyboard awful design, hinges should be magnetic and iPad should clip magnetically , hinges are terrible made. The fact that it says you may have to order replacements says everything . Unfortunate because the keyboard is the best out there”

“The Brydge KB for iPadPro 12.9 reached me safely in India, by international shipping. There was a delay of two days in shipping, which was OK but there was also an import duty that I needed to pay at the time of receiving over and above the international shipping, which wasn’t anticipated or stated upfront while ordering. This was off putting. Add to this the fact that the KB itself came with a $70 online discount due to BF sale, only a week after I had ordered and on the day it was delivered to me. That was the slap I didn’t expect or could bear until today :-) Anyway, I like the KB experience, the best I have had until now with my iPadPro. The keys are of decent size and push. The balance of the whole unit, while I type by keeping the iPadPro at different angles, is just right. This aspect is reassuring for my constant fear of toppling the iPadPro back due its self weight while typing using the Apple SKB. Five stars to Brydge for that. The backlighting is functional but I would have preferred it to be more discreet. The function keys row is useful. The push-in design for the iPad although good in its simplicity leaves a concern in the subconscious that I might break the slots while pushing the iPAd the next time. May be a clamping mechanism could be thought of, that would enlarge the slots where the iPad is pushed in by default and would tighten around it, when clamped. The Bluetooth connection is good but the smart charger could be put to use for charging or connecting the KB permanently, perhaps through the back-side cover that is provided.”

“The keyboard action is fantastic and the battery life is really great. I'm just not sure why the magnetic "back" is there. Maybe I'm not as protective of the back of my iPad as other people. No complaints.”

“It is a nuisance and now the rubber has become loose on the hinges. It is non functional. I need a refund. This thing was expensive to not stay attached any better than this. I liked the keyboard other than that but alas, I couldn’t use it.”
