“After purchasing and trying tons of other mini keyboards, I was thrilled when I found this keyboard bc it met all my requirements. It had a traditional QWERTY keyboard (many of the mini keyboards now have changed location for ?), it had an hinged holder for the ipad so you could keep it upright even in your lap, and even more surprisingly, it actually worked w another tablet--ASUS--which had been losing Bluetooth connectivity with every other keyboard. I use my mini tablet just like a computer and do a lot of writing on it especially when I travel. During the first week of use I discovered that the keyboard has one annoying problem. It either can't keep up with my typing speed, or you have to hit the keys in exactly the right place or it will miss some random letters you've typed. Consequently, I have to proof read everything very closely before I send it to fix any mistakes. While it's not the end of the universe, there are enough errors that it's annoying. Also when I hit the shift button it seems that my finger almost always hits the "z" key as well so there are often z's at the beginning of every sentence.”

“I forwarded and email last week regarding when my keyboard was going to arrive and no one responded at all! Terrible “support,” to say the very least! Can you please provide an update regarding when it is that I am going to be receiving my keyboard (order #72297)? Initially, FedEx Tracking informed that it would be arriving December 10, 2018 - December 14, 2018, but it still has not arrived, a week later. Please provide and update on current delivery information. Thanks, db”
