“Ordered on 12/19 with expedited shipping and still not received. Contacted customer service for resolution but told it should be received by next week 1/8/18 even though tracking updates have not been made since 12/26.”

“I really like the new keyboard but I use it for work and I find that it is quite heavy. Also it took like a week to get an email saying they were now processing my order so I had to wait 2 weeks to get it. I would have just bought local had I known that but wanted a superior product. It is way nicer than any of my coworkers have. I also bought the leather bag to hold it all and I am glad. It is awesome and keeps my product protected. I would recommend if you are not in a hurry.”
