Had the occasion to need a repair AFTER my keyboard was out of warrantee, so contacted the company. They promptly responded by taking care of the issue as well as the shipping cost free of charge with no questions asked. I was amazed. What an AMAZiNG experience. Talk about service and integrity. I can’t say enough good things about them. Not to mention I LOVE this product!!

So far, I’m very pleased. It is a quality accessory for my iPad mini 4. Keyboard layout is far superior to my previous keyboard on old iPad—good looking and feeling leather case contains everything nicely.

Very disappointed with quality of keyboard made in China. The rubber grip holding the Ipad in place began to separate immediately with first use. The return policy is worst than the quality of the product. Will not purchase anything from this company!

It’s built exceptionally well. It’s robust and the keyboards are sensitive to the touch; a great combination. The customer service is beyond good!!!! This is one of my wisest purchase.

PROs: The case is shiny, aluminum, and the keyboard is big, bigger than Clamcase’s CONs: It doesn’t fold over on itself, only goes to 180 degrees. It is surprisingly heavy; perhaps that is so it will stand up, but if you are using the keyboard this doesn’t matter because your hands keep it flat. I want a lightweight keyboard that will bend back and fold over. The iPad itself is not protected as this is not a case but an attached keyboard. And most important, the bottom edge (left edge if held portrait) is inaccessible by touch, and this is often where controls are located. I have gone back to my Clamcase which offers most but not all these features.

I got a keyboard for my iPad Mini 4 and, for the most part, love it. The ad said it would turn my iPad into an Apple Mac but that’s not true. None of the shortcuts work and it’s very difficult to access the commands that appear st the bottom of the screen - they are lost and covered by the keyboard. It is great to type on and I’m glad I got it.
