“I'll admit I ordered the incorrect color item I wanted. I IMMEDIATELY emailed them within minutes of my original order to have it corrected before the order processed or even shipped out. It took them days to respond to me. It took me multiple times to reach someone and by then the order was processed & shipped so my only option was then to get an RMA to return the product, which I then had to pay return shipping myself. I never got a chance to give the product itself a try, but the customer service experience was so poor, I decided not to even exchange the item for the correct product, just had them issue me a refund.”

“The key board is solid and sturdy. I wish it was a little lighter. The bracket that holds it unto the screen Leaves a yellow streak going up the side of the keyboard. The bracket that holds the keyboard has to have it all the way down in it, or it doesn't close properly and then I am not able to make any responses on the bottom line, like to move mail, etc.”

“I was excited to receive my new keyboard. But I was extremely disappointed in the appearance. I know this is not normal as I ordered one for my iPad Pro and it was perfect. The one I ordered for the iPad mini was simply a very poorly finished product. I'm sure they are related to fit and finish. Suggests your QA needs to be reviewed.”

“The keyboard was easy to connect physically and via Bluetooth. The one problem is that I have is that I have to turn the iPad and keyboard sideways to access the links at the bottom of the Facebook page as the keyboard is in the way.”
