“I haven't used it yet but am sure it is good; however the problem was that I had a problem when I ordered a bundle and had to resubmit the order. It changed back to silver and my mini is gold. When I tried to change it I was told that they could not even exchange it that I would have to pay $10 extra which actually upset me a bit. Soured my opinion somewhat. Regards, Lisa”

“I have used a variety of keyboards with my ipad, but this one is by far the most compact and well constructed. I like the long battery life, the snug fit of the ipad in the frame and the ease of use. My only gripe is that the keys are a little tighter than I'd prefer and there is no tab key. Neverthess, I am enjoying and using this little guy a lot. Great value, and have had lots of people asking about it.”

“This keyboard seems to be well made. I must admit I haven't done any really serious typing on it since I received it. Mostly some basic 2 finger typing. Two issues, the keyboard is actually quite heavy compared to the iPad so adds a lot of weight. 2) when iPad is attached to keyboard, when using certain aps, YouTube specifically, the keyboard makes it so you can't reach icons at the bottom of the screen so you have to pull it up to touch them. A bit of a pain in the ass. Otherwise, is a good unit.”

“Due to a website mistake, I ordered a 7.9 instead of a 9.7 keyboard. I have contacted customer service multiple times, and finally, 8 days after requesting one, finally got an RMA. This should be improved, this is too long for me to say it’s good Customer Service, and I honestly expected better from Brydge. If only the Customer Service were as good as the keyboards...”
