“Pre ordered june for July delivery changed to early August delivery now changed again to early - mid August. Did this last time. No communication to explain why changed delivery dates.”

“Love the keyboard I received the newest model that was just released in July 2018. However, the keyboard is only holding a charge for a few hours. It has been dying without any heavy use. I charged it three times and it was the same thing. When I first got the keyboard it lasted a couple of weeks. Now it won't hold a charge. I have been trying to call the company and I keep getting my call can not be completed as dialed for the last few days. I sent an email to customer support and received no response. I also used the Chat option and again no response. I have had great customer service with your company on a previous matter and love your product. Hoping this issue can be resolved in a timely matter.”

“I was quite happy with my Brydge keyboard until I noticed that it damaged my iPad screen when closed (a line on the screen right where the palm rest is) They should have made sure that there is a slightly wider gap between keyboard and iPad when closed as I cannot recommend a keyboard that can damage your screen during normal use. If you purchase and use this keyboard, make sure not to have any pressure on it when closed (like in a filled backpack) as this is how my iPad got damaged.”

“Easy to assemble, looks good and holds the iPad in tightly and correct position. Only slight problem in the little lack of key sensitivity. I am not a typist and cannot look at the screen while pressing the keys. It makes for some problems. I do like the word selection line at the bottom though.”

“The keyboard is great however the keyboard has to be charged and a charger is not provided with the charger. Also I bought this product with the intention of using my IPad as a Laptop/Tablet however the keyboards hinges do not allow the IPad to be used as a tablet as well the hinges need to bend 360° but they can only bend 180°”

“Excellent product that I’d give five stars except you need to hit the space bar pretty hard or else it doesn’t register. So adjust your typing routine and you’ll be fine.”
