“Before I got the Brydge keyboard and cover, my 12.9” iPad was just awkward. Standing it up to watch a video was a problem. Typing was a problem. Those problems are now solved! I take my 12.9” iPad everywhere now.”

“The first thing I did when unpacking my Brydge 12.9 was to check everything to make sure it worked. It exceeded my expectations in all areas except for one important feature, its recharge. I could not find the recharger in the box at first. When I finally found it wrapped hidden in the box packing, it would not fit well in the socket and when it did it wouldt not recharge the half charged battery no matter what I did. I contacted customer service. They told me I invalidated the warranty so they would not initiate a return for warranty checkup. Wrong answer. I pitched the Brydge in the garbage. They had the gaul to offer me a 20% discount off the purchase of another. Wrong answer when I have no doubt they have at least a 100% markup on these keyboards from another country and no service staff available to repair even a faulty USB port. Buyer Beware.”
