“Looked at several choices. Keyboard is not light and the unit feels like a MacBook Pro when attached to keyboard. However, the backlit keys, battery life and overall quality make it the ideal choice for me. I still have an Apple keyboard to use with my iPad Pro when traveling if a lighter backpack is desired. The keyboard posed an issue when it arrived. The left shift key had to be depressed more firmly to strike a capital letter. Very annoying as had to backspace and restrikw often. Sent keyboard in and it was repaired and works perfectly now. Was told one other unit had this issue and it was an easy fix. Apparently true because the keyboard now works flawlessly. Room for improvement: if you are looking for Apple type quality support this is not the place to go. You will never get a live human on the phone. Always busy signal or no answer. In all fairness, email is the best option for assistance. They usually email back in 24 hours and are very nice and helpful once you get a response. Eric handled my repair case successfully. Appears to be a small company growing but not able to offer High level responsiveness via phone. I’m admittedly spoiled by AppleCare service. 5 stars given here because if the very strong quality of the product and the kindness of the support team. Wouldn’t be fair to hold it against them and only give 4 stars because they are small and growing with limited support availability. I will always buy my keyboards here and consider other products they offer first. If you want he best iPad Pro keyboard buy this one. For the sole reason of how well this unit works, I’m using the 12.9 Pro as a laptop, a much cheaper option.”

“I had the Zagg keyboard, this one runs rings around it. Lighter, and also it is easier on the iPAD. I always felt the Zagg was bending the PAD.”

“I have loved my Brydge. My first one was accidentally spilled on and I needed one right away. You were out of the rose gold so I purchased the silver so I didn’t have to wait. That was why I gave it 4 stars instead of five.”

“Simple in the way you would expect from Apple, only it’s not from Apple. I did a bunch of checking before making this purchase. Price is high but well worth the ability to move effortlessly from tablet to “laptop.””
