While I liked the Apple keyboard for my iPad Pro, it just did not have the feel of a keyboard. So I started looking around. The Brydge keyboard seemed like what I was looking for, so I ordered it and I’m glad I did. I use my iPad as a hybrid laptop — it is my touchpoint for not only my business but for managing a non-profit of which I am a board member. This keyboard works, it works well, and it has a look that can’t be beat. People are surprised to learn that my “laptop” is an iPad, mostly because of the look and feel of the Brydge keyboard. I recently had to contact support due to a problem with my charging port. Even though it turned out that I had caused the problem, since the keyboard was under warranty they replaced it and refused my offer of paying for part of the replacement. I call that class. While I have a few suggestions for their next generation of keyboards, none of them are critical, but would enhance an already great product. I will be passing those along later through other channels. For now, if you’re looking for a solid and professional keyboard that can stand up to constant use, and that makes your iPad feel like your laptop, this is the keyboard for you.

I like it, a lot, say better than the Logitech keyboard I had. BUT ... occasionally the typing is intermittent. First, when I first open up the iPad keyboard shows up not allowing me to use the keyboard. But within seconds it drops off and the keyboard works fine. Just saying! But additionally there are a few occasions that it simply will not type AND I can’t even effect the iPad keyboard, sorta stuck. May be some particular app, like the Apple Calendar App - can’t input the event - but sometimes on other apps. I’ve wondered if the ambient WiFi I might be in at those moments might have something to do with it? Dunno. Sometime, after a few minutes, voila, it starts working again. All in all I really like the keyboard and would recommend it but had to share these little items to be open about my experience.

I made a mistake and order a 12,9 Brydge, when I really need a 10,5. As soon as I realized the mistake, the package was not open and was sent back to you, the next day. I could not use it , so I cannot comment. H. Torres
