“1 fantastic laptop feel to the iPad 2 easy to install 3 makes the iPad Pro heavy and up to a laptop's weight 4 not easy to use for browsing with your iPad in your hand .. keyboard gets in the way! So you have to disconnect it 5 charging is not done via the iPad so you have to remember to charge with another cable (should be a lightening connector - not a small usb)”

“I preordered the gold IPad Pro 12.9 keyboard and waited the better part of a year to receive it. It was in the early stage of production and the company was working out the kinks with it. I received several emails postponing the shipping due to manufacturing issues. Just when I was about to give up and cancel the order, it came. It was worth waiting for, I love it. I received it in 10/2016. Unfortunately, the keyboard failed to charge a few weeks ago. I emailed the company and after their support people tried to assist me without luck, they paid to have it returned. Now I had this keyboard for nearly a year, and the company sent me a brand new keyboard. Unbelievable! The company is fabulous and I cannot say enough about the customer service representative Lucas. They certainly stand behind their product.”
