“working as a firefighter being at a fire station for 48 hours at a time is difficult in this day in age without good wifi. so my only option was to buy an IPad with lite. I have tried other keyboards, to include Apples own, but found it lacked many things I wanted. Like shortcut keys for volume and brightness, the ability to type and view something with the screen at different angles on my lap or on my bed. This keyboard allows me to do that. It even allows me to carry my iPad, while still viewing a YouTube video, to the next room without having to close up shop, just like a laptop. Also this thing feels premium, like it belongs with the iPad. I'm not worried about a case because i carry this device in Apple's sleeve when going for home to the fire station. It fits perfectly with no trouble. Again like it was meant to be. There is one thing that has been very annoying. Two keys have constantly givin me problems, the "right arrow key" and the "return key". Which sucks is that I use those two keys most often. I sometimes have to hit those keys multiple time for them to respond. The only thing i would have liked, is if they would have added a little lip on the keyboard so when i wanted to open my iPad up, it wouldn't be as hard as it should be. I think there other keyboards have that, but for some reason the 12.9 doesn't. Also if they cant get the smart connect to work, as least be able to charge the keyboard via lightning. When i does finally come time to charge, hopefully I can find that cord. Besides that, I still love this thing.”

“The keyboard works well with my iPad mini 4, case fits a little loose, so far so good. Customer service is a 10.”

“My Bydge is working like it should. I got a bad one via another distribution system on my first order. However, Brydge when called said no problem, had me return the bad and replaced it with the Very Good one. I am very pleased with my keyboard. Please and thank you. Dr Eric I.”
