“I recently purchased this keyboard for my iPad Pro 12.9 from Best Buy online. Unfortunately, the keyboard they sent me was faulty. Instead of trying to deal with Best Buy I decided to contact Brydge directly. They were amazing to deal with and immediately sent me a FedEx pre-paid mail sticker so I could send it back to them. After determining that it indeed was faulty, I had my replacement within a week, this one working perfectly. Now, for the actual product review, it is everything I want in a keyboard. The keys feel as natural as a MAC. The details Brydge put into this are numerous. The only design change I would like to see is more space where my wrists rest below the keys as they rest on the edge which is a little uncomfortable after typing a while. A small inconvenience for such a great keyboard and company!”

“unfortunately the carrying case is too smal for the ipad it's quite a struggle to get it to fit. Did you send me the right one? OTOH I really love the keyboard”

“Solid build although screen can often come out of the grippers if you pick the device up incorectly Looks more Ike a laptop wth the keyboard Takes a a couple of seconds to respond when you first open the iPad Seems like running Bluetooth on a Pro all the time is draining the battery far quicker than expected but still monitoring this”
