“After just reviewing the product with enthusiasm, the keyboard has malfunctioned! A no longer works.... L no longer works.... ugh!!! Let's test the return policy but sad that it only lasted 2 weeks!!!!”

“I recently had an issue with the internal charging connection of my Brydge keyboard. I returned it to them and they sent me a new one, rather quickly I might add. Outstanding product with a minor issue was dealt with expediently and efficiently!”

“I loved my Brydge 9.7 for my smaller iPad however, upgrading to the 12.9 has been less than optimal. The keyboard does create as snug a fit on the larger iPad Pro and therefor slides around. There were no shims in the larger keyboard to customize the fit like the smaller one either. Additionally, the keyboard does not hold its vertical position as well as the 9.7. I love the backlit keyboard and the silver color but it is not nearly as good as the smaller lighter version.”

“…and the feel of the product. It looks just like I imagined it… My only issue with the product is that it does not stay connected to Bluetooth. I have to cut the keyboard on and off for it to reconnect; it will not reconnect any other way. I suppose I can deal with it, though. After all, what other choice do I have?”
