“I am very pleased with every aspect of your product except one feature and I'm hopeful you can tell me how to correct. When my IPad is beyond 90 degrees of your keypad and I touch it with my stylus or my finger, it keeps moving further and further from me. If I keep touching it, it keeps moving until it moves on it's own until it's flat in relation to the key pad. Is there any way I can tighten the hinges myself. Other than that complaint, I love your product. The only other thing that could make it better would be if it had mouse capacity...any plans for the future? FYI...I was at the Apple Store today and was bragging about your product. Sincerely, Barry Drugg”

“Having said that, there are issues. Firstly, I'm a Canadian living in Indonesia. I was charged 525,000 (about $52 Canadian dollars) Indonesian rupiah in fees to have it shipped here from Hong Kong and I felt ripped off from the time I received it because if I had shipped it to a USA or Canadian address, chances are I would not have had to pay so much. As far as the keyboard goes, it is generally satisfactory but I am having issues with the shift key. Either there is lag time (it's not as responsive as the letter keys) or I have to hit the shift key three or four times before it actually shifts. Other than that, it's easy to see why this keyboard has had some great reviews. The other issue I have that is related to the overall design concept is there is no protection for the iPad's outer shell. If you are moving from a protective case to the keyboard, part of the trade off is that the outer case is completely exposed.”

“This product looks great and is a great idea. However the key factor to me is it's functionality, which has been very disappointing. I find a lot of keys stick and therefore typing with the keyboard is not practical. This may be a quality control issue with the keyboard provided and hopefully is not a general problem.”

“I love the Brydgw keyboard it literally turned my iPad into a MacBook. A bit on the heavy side but better than any keyboard I have used in the past.”
