“How is it that I received a Gold 12.9" unit? When your website states that Gold will Not be available until March 2017 at the earliest ? My box that has the Gold Keyboard in is slightly damaged as if someone has indeed removed the keyboard from the packaging? Therefore, I am questioning whether I in fact received a Brand New Unit? “The keyboard is beautiful but is completely unusable. It skips keys more often then not and is extremely frustrating to use. I am in the process of returning it.”
