“I like the keyboard but I was confused by the photo I saw of it. The photo looked like a clamshell which is what I wanted but it is a basic keyboard that your iPad mini snaps into. I would like it to be a full cover Otherwise it seems to be working well. I would like to return it in hopes you will have one that is a clamshell design in the future Thank you M A Sood”

“I have bought one before, loved it, so I order another before Christmas, it was Gold. 12.9, However, then i see they are all of sudden out of stock. this is still a major problem. Now they said not till March. So I guess i will continue to wait. I do not know about customer service. :-(”

“I received my Keyboard very shortly after ordering and was impressed at the speed of delivery. The key board takes some getting used to. The keys stick sometimes. Other times the Shift Key does not engage and the first capital letter of a sentence is missing. But in general, I think the Brydge Keyboard is good. It clearly has very easily converted my iPad Pro into a notebook with all the touch screen features of the tablet.”
