“I had to pound on the keys in order to get them to respond.”

“The build of the keyboard is 2nd to non however the response of the keys seems to be a bit lacking. I continually type only to learn that I am missing letters as I continue typing. I have redone the bluetooth connection several times but this doesn't seem to fix this issue. Kind of disappointing thus 3-stars”

“This is an excellent keybord, spoiled by having a usb charging port rather than a iPhone type charging, requiring two chargers to be carried when travelling”

“Great product, exactly as advertised. The only suggestion I would have is to slightly tighten the tension on the hinge. On the keyboard I have received once the ipad goes back beyond 90 degrees the weight of it will cause it to fall back all the way flat to 180 degrees. Just a slight improvement, but overall great product.”

“I really love it I'm not really a tech guy. The only thing I haven't figured out is how to get the microphone to work with the iPad Pro. I can still use the microphone that's on the screen but not the one on the keyboard I got from you”
