“You need to hit each key just right for it to register. My wife and I were making lots of mistakes while typing. I can hit the down arrow five times without it registering a click. Too bad because the design is excellent (except I would suggest a little carve out on the front edge so that the ipad can be opened one handed. As it is, you need to squeeze your finger between the ipad and keyboard to pry it open) PS. - I've sent multiple emails about a return but have not heard back. Also shipping took a while - I purchased direct from Brydge. I suggest buying from Best Buy instead, plus it comes with an additional warranty if you buy through Best Buy.”

“The item was defective therefore it was returned. The Bluetooth connection didn't work properly. I purchased a Brydgeboard for an I pad Mini 4 several months ago and it has worked perfectly .”

“I recently changed from a smaller iPad Air with the Logitech ultrathin keyboard to the iPad Pro. I had another keyboard and cover that was very heavy-making the Pro feel like I was lugging an IBM ThinkPad around weight wise. When I put on the brydge keyboard , the pleasure of using an iPad returned quickly. It's both beautiful and light and I have no fatigue today from carrying it from room to room seeing patients all day. I also registered for the doubled warranty by registering it with the company within 30 days. So I'm not very worried about durability, if they back the warranty. No I'm using it for everything, to see if I need to replace my aging Mac Pro.”
