The "2" key was not functioning correctly. contacted for replacement and wanted a "video" of the problem - not kidding. Sent them back the produce for replacement or refund if not going to replace. also learned now $20.00 cheaper so remains to be seen how they handle it - should be simple - new keyboard and reimbursement of $20.00

I switched from the Zagg Slimbook because the hinge broke. Twice. They were great about replacing the product, but I wasn't in the mood to try again after the hinge broke a second time. Thought I'd share some pros and cons relative to the Slimbook. I like that the Brydge 12.9 is lighter, perfectly matches the space gray of my iPad, and has thick rubber feet to prevent the keyboard from slipping on smooth surfaces. Long term, if the hinges hold up, I will consider this the superior product. However, I don't like that the Brydge 12.9 leaves the iPad unprotected, cannot be used in tablet mode, has a noticeable keyboard lag at start-up, and is difficult to open (no indentation for a finger or thumb to lift the iPad from the keyboard). Overall, the construction seems very solid, so I'm hopeful this will be the last keyboard I have to buy for my iPad!

It is a perfect device that goes in line with the 12.9 ipad pro. It becomes a real MacBook. I would absolutely recommend. deserves

I really like the keyboard but it has a USB port for charging and not a lightning port. Odd since this is for an Apple product. It is a little heavier than I would like but acceptable.

I love it, solid, sturdy, but lightweight and sleek. Easy to setup, feels like a MacBook keyboard. Started with the Logi Create, it started to fall apart and crack 3 months into using so went a bought a Zagg Slimbook and when I got back to my office to attach it, it was already cracked, so I got rid of all plastic components and went with the Brydge and could not be happier...and it even looks better.
