Worth the wait. The gold keyboard is a beautiful companion, and turns a lot of heads. The action is great!

I love it except for one thing...on my regular iPro keyboard there is a place for emoticons...there is not a key on this one...so when I want to add a emoticon...I have to change keyboards!:slightly_frowning:

I received my keyboard yesterday. Love the action and feel of the keys. Very mac like. Hopefully it continues to be great as the price was steep. So far 5 stars

I received my Brydge keyboard for my iPad Pro 12.9 yesterday, 10/19/16. I ordered it on 10/05/16, so the 3-week backorder is down to about 2-weeks if their supply holds up. I spent most of yesterday charging the keyboard since it came almost completely drained. The battery indicator barely flashed once indicating that it was at 25% or less charged. Last night and this morning I got to really try it out. I can say that this is a keeper. It feels really nice and keeps the iPad steady. The keys are responsive if a bit stiff at first. It’s not like my iMac keyboard, but I’ve been typing on it for several years. Once these keys get used a while, I’m sure they will take less pressure to push. The keys have plenty of space around them so my fingers don’t feel cramped. It’s almost like typing on a MacBook, but not quite. Getting the keyboard to initially pair with Bluetooth took a few minutes, but once done, it works just fine. I like how the power lights flashes when you turn the keyboard on. The backlighting works as advertised although I don’t use it that much. Now, for the color. I don’t understand how Brydge mis-matched the space gray color. They keyboard is a lot darker than the iPad Pro. To me, it’s very noticeable, so much so, that when placed down on a darker surface the keyboard appears almost black. It would have been nice to have a keyboard match the space gray of the iPad Pro. I paid a lot of money for this so it had better last a long while. I think it will. I sure wish Brydge would now make a protective shell for the back of the iPad Pro 12.9 This would give the iPad all around protection. Maybe some day?
