It has been over a month and still no keyboard. How do you send out a review when you don't send the item? No communication that it was back ordered or being sent late.

I love the keyboard a lot. There are just a few things I wish it had. 1. Slot in top for the Apple Pencil. 2. And wish that the back light was a lot brighter. I may have received a keyboard that may have issues with the lights. I will need to contact them to find that out. I turned the back light up all the way but it seems like it's just not bright enough. I'm very happy I bought it and would definitely recommend it to people that want a excellent keyboard.

I ordered my Brydge keyboard in January when I first learned that it would soon be in production. In the meantime I have used the Logitech Create keyboard. The case of my first one was defective. Its replacement has served me well. But this Brydge keyboard is like a Ferrari compared to the Logitech. Oh, the Logitech is functionally sound and reliable, like my Toyota Tacoma, but this Brydge is not only functional but also stylish, trim, and married perfectly to the iPad Pro. It will fit my carrying bag so much better. And oh, the leather case that came with the keyboard! It's beautiful. A perfect match for a perfect keyboard.

They can send me an email to write a review, but no reply to my (3) emails regarding a non-working keyboard from the time we received it. Had to hire a tech person to try and troubleshoot it and he said that it just doesn't work period. We wanted to l love it, but would like to have been sent a keyboard that works. No response to emails, other than automated ones and no ph# for customer support. Heaven forbid you have trouble with your keyboard, you'll never hear from them it seems. It would be nice if they would come through on this for me.

Wow. That about says it all. It's beautiful, surprisingly light, and a joy to work with. Seems to be pretty scratch resistant, backlighting is fantastic, and the key action is super-comfortable to use. The function keys are in the right place, and do the right things, and my productivity with my iPad Pro has increased massively. I do, though, have a couple of gripes: the screen has a specific tipping point (literally), beyond which it just lies flat. This could be physics, rather than a design flaw, but it does get frustrating from time to time. Also, the Space Grey doesn't match the iPad exactly. It still looks gorgeous, but it would be even more gorgeous if it was a perfect match. And no trackpad. That's, my other gripe. And it's only a grip because the keyboard is so damn good that I find myself thinking I am using a laptop, and constantly looking for a trackpad :-) So that's not really a gripe, but, well, you know...
