“I had my keyboard for 6 months and it just stopped working. Will not recharge and the power will not come on. I use it on my new 12.9 inch iPad Pro. I do like the product but the power just died. I cannot turn on and charge what so ever. Also when calling the support and emailing them they DO NOT respond back promptly. The voicemail says it’s full and hangs up. This is bad business.”
