“I preordered in April and received the keyboard in late July. I was super excited until I started using the keyboard. It alternates between lower and upper case without any intention. I tried the troubleshooting tips and it still does the same thing. So, it's useless as a keyboard. Customer support has been silent since I asked for a return.”

“It's nice looking. But as far as function, features are nice, but I still have to touch the screen to scroll or tap where I want to type. I just thought it would have been more functional. It took forever to get it, with type of notice.”

“I just love this keyboard! It's backlit, easy to use, attaches perfectly to my IPad Pro and am happily surprised with the high quality they achieved. “I sent an email on Monday. I have not get an answer back I am very disappointed My BRYDGE is NOT WORKING It does not CAHRGE NOT POWER ONor OFF No PAIR After a very long wait I have thi sissue now... I would like TO RETURN it and get a neW ONE or a REFUND. Thank you FR”

“This is my second Brydge keyboard. And I love it!!! My only issue is the hinges are for the most part solid and stable though it could have been a little stiffer for my liking.”
