“Keyboard was defective right out of the box. Some of the keys would randomly stop functioning. Took me 3 to get Brydge to give me a return authorization. Then I was not provided with a ship to address. Once I was FINALLY given the needed info. I had to pay to ship their defective item back to them. For me to ship to them took 3 days. So for the remaining time. I guess I emailed customer service around 30 times. The customer service is incredibly below average. They do not stand by what they sell. A company that does never has a customer pay for return shipping for a defective item.”

“A problem is that the iPad easily falls out of the slots which hold it to the Keypad. The caps lock needs to be pressed hard to work.”

“Works very well - My only concern is the length of the charging cable - I have had to move the rest of my equipment around to use it - 2 lap tops and a mac - coupla printers - Are there longer cables possible - For my setup this keyboard may not be a keeper - Please let me know if other cables are available Mike Raymer //”

“My new brydge keyboard does not seem to hold a charge. I bought one years ago and it seemed to stay charged for days at a time. My new brydge seems to stay charged 2-3 hours.”
