By far the best keyboard we have used on our iPads. Next time we buy new ones we will buy the corresponding Brydge keyboard

This is my third Brydge product! With the upgrades in iOS 13 and this keyboard, I rarely use my laptop. Excellent customer service!

Thank you for this product, it has made my 1st gen. iPad Pro usable to me. I became very frustrated with the Apple keyboard cover and had set it aside because I just didn't like the action on it. Now I find it a pleasure to use and the keyboard is seamless. And it looks great together.

i specifically asked if the slimline case worked with my 12.9 Ipad pro. i was told "yes". that was a lie. the item arrives. the item does not fit. now brydge wants me to pay for the return shipping. folks, ask yourself this question - "why would a company not have a customer support line?" could it be because customer support does not exist? can it be because customer support is not a priority? if you want to buy from a company that doesn't give a damn what you get and when you get it, by all means, give these people some money. let's not pretend,, however, that their overpriced tech comes with any degree of support and/or warranty.

This is my experience of using the keyboard for the first 3months it looks good and proud of it. After that you started to experience missing key alphabet when you typed in. In my case, the key alphabet that are not responsive are : 789uiojkl. (10 in total). After all this is nightmare. Second experience, the physical invoice that were printed and attached for the custom (during shipment from Hong Kong) is not tally with the promotional (online invoice). Ended up ,I was being charged more. I’ve sent an email to them, and none of them reply to me until today. Overall , The product functionality failed to operate significantly and the customer service is sucks. Those still using it, I wish you all the best. For me , brydge is sucks unless they send to me for free to prove that their Customer Service is doing their job.

The features incorporated in this keyboard go beyond anything I was expecting. It makes using my iPad much easier. I am really pleased with the back lighted keys a plus (old eyes don't see as well as they once did).
