“I bought the gold keyboard for my 1st gen ipad pro. The keyboard is beautifully designed and paired perfectly with my ipad. With the keyboard, I was able to use my ipad as a laptop replacement for work. A few months ago, some of the keys stopped working — i thought it was a problem with the bluetooth but after troubleshooting, it was clear it was an issue with the keyboard. I loved the keyboard so much I was willing to buy another one but found out that Brydge offers a lifetime warranty on their products. I filed a claim through the website and Lexie from support staff followed up almost immediately with troubleshooting steps and, when the keys still didn't work, she gave clear instructions the next steps I needed to take before Brydge could issue a replacement. The process was relatively easy and Lexie was always clear and timely in her responses. I had my replacement keyboard within a week. I was already impressed with the product, but after this experience I am even more impressed with the company for going above and beyond to take care of their customers and for standing behind their product. Customer support felt personal — I didn't feel like I was being thrown around to different agents, having to explain the issue over and over again. Thank you Brydge!”

“Nice looking keyboard and nice to type but short warranty period of 6 months goes against Australian Consumer law and the keys and rubber feet fail too easily and quickly. Over priced for what it is worth.”
