“Love the how easy it is to use the keyboard with the tablet and how responsive it is. However, the first time I took the tablet off it broke one of the attachment pieces. So now it’s pretty useless unless I prop the tablet up on something else.”

“I like the keyboard and have decided to keep it in the end as I have not found something better. I believe the best keyboard is the Apple on but after 18 mounts that broke so I wanted to try something else. Hopefully the Brydge will last at least 18 months although seeing how much the hinges move I doubt it. Only time will tell.”

“I’m so upset with this product and disappointed with the lack of customer service. It took me over a month to have someone respond to my numerous emails. The shims on my keyboard ripped almost immediately. I finally received the replacement shims and naturally they ripped. It’s such a poor design. I want to return this item. There is no number I can call so I’m at the mercy of a return email. My next step will be to charge it back on my credit card.”
